i stayed in a studio, and it included a fully equipped kitchenette. i really appreciated this feature, as it allowed me to prepare some of my meals. the hotel's location was excellent, and it was very close to several shops and cafés.
the wall socket next to the bed was coming away from the wall. some of the lace curtains had tears. the balcony was quite tiny.

i found the location very convenient with easy access to metro lines. the room had a well-equipped kitchenette. the separate toilet and shower areas added a practical touch. the soundproof windows ensured a quiet environment.
The gym equipment looked somewhat old. A refresh would be welcome.

the location is quite good, offering convenient access to nearby attractions.
the air conditioning did not work in my first room, a problem during the summer months.. after switching rooms due to the faulty a/c, i then encountered a water leak from the ceiling near the bathroom. the lone staff member on reception provided towels to clean up the mess but offered no further assistance, and the electrics failed later.

I had a studio for 4 nights, and it had breakfast utensils. The location was very convenient. Bus number 69 stopped within 50 meters. This bus goes directly to Invalides and the Eiffel Tower.
The room needs some improvements. The walls require touching up. The bathtub had rust spots. The grout in the bathroom needs redoing. I found the room slightly smaller than what I had seen in the pictures.

the apartment had an excellent location near a large local market. i could easily reach most places by walking, averaging 11-12 kilometers daily..
there was no seal on the bottom of the shower door causing a flood on the floor each time i used it.
